ADMISSION: We reserve the right to prohibit admittance of pets lacking proof of vaccinations, and/or pets displaying signs of untreated or potentially contagious conditions, and/or aggressive behavior. We reserve the right to charge handling fees for excessively difficult/aggressive pets requiring additional staff and/or additional time in order that we may deliver proper care.

The essential vaccinations for your pet are as follows:

DOGS: State law requires rabies vaccination for all dogs four months of age and older. The combination vaccine commonly known as “distemper” protects your dog against six viral diseases, including canine distemper and parvovirus. Bordetella or kennel cough inoculation protects dogs against this highly contagious, air-borne infection.

CATS: State law requires rabies vaccination for all cats four months of age and older. The combination vaccine commonly known as “RCP” protects your cat against serious upper respiratory and gastrointestinal viruses.

HOURS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC: Monday – Friday 7:00AM-7:00PM, Saturday 8:00-5:00PM, Sunday 11:00AM-4:00PM. We regret that we cannot receive drop-off and pick-up of your pet during non-business hours. We are closed to the public in honor of major Federal holidays.

DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS, & RATES: We accept reservations with a one night required deposit. Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are made 5 days prior to arrival. During holidays and peak season, we require two nights’ deposit, which is refundable if cancellations are made 10 days prior to arrival. We reserve the right to require a three night minimum stay. All rates and services are subject to availability and change. Cancellation of salon and day spa services within 24 hours of appointment time shall incur a 50% service charge.

LATE CHECK-OUT/EARLY CHECK-IN FEE: We request that guests check-in no earlier than 2 PM and check-out by Noon so that we may prepare the suite for the next guest. Late check-outs and early check-ins shall incur a fee of $25.00 for the additional care and services. We shall make every attempt to accommodate requests for extended stays and early check-ins, including the maintenance of waiting lists during holiday and peak seasons.

SPA BATH: We require that every canine guest staying three nights or more receive our Spa Bath (not included in the suite package, but which we provide at a discounted rate).

FOOD FOR YOUR PET’S HEALTH: We serve the Breeder’s Choice brand of Avoderm food in dry and canned versions, which includes no Corn, wheat, or soy (common allergens) and is made up only of Human grade ingredients. As our food system is designed for sensitive stomachs, it is particularly excellent for boarding, when new stimuli may cause digestive upset in some pets, even when on their own food. If you choose to bring your own food, we ask that you please prepare each meal’s serving size in a separate baggie for each day of your pet’s stay.

EMERGENCIES: In the rare case of an emergency, we contact you, your vet, and utilize the local, 24-hour veterinary emergency hospitals. For any health concern that may arise, our pet care professionals maintain a detailed log and provide it to you and your veterinarian.
