Our award-winning dog and cat groomers and state-of-the-art
equipment ensure our clients' satisfaction!
We encourage you to visit our extremely safe, clean, and innovative
grooming and bathing salon. We designed all elements to reduce both
physical and mental stress on our dogs and cats, features you will
not find anywhere else.
Whether you have a show dog of just want him or her to look like one,
inquire with our grooming staff about your needs. Our Salon Staff
have experience with all breeds and are happy to consult with you.

Every spa bath with treatment includes a comb-out
of the coat, Hydrosurge™ washings, thorough cleaning of the ears,
full pawicure , hand
and surround air drying, as well as water and walk breaks.

Bathing: The Hydrosurge™ System gently
massages your pet’s skin while it helps remove deep-down dirt
and dander. Our Groomers and bathers gently lift small pets
into the bath. Larger dogs walk up a ramp. Very large dogs or
dogs with reduced mobility enjoy the luxury of our walk-in shower,
designed with them in mind.
Your pet receives a first shampoo for rinsing of coat and surface
dirt and a second shampoo for cleansing of skin with Ultra
Wash Shampoo, suggested for normal-condition skin and coat.
Next, your pet receives Ultra Plenish Conditioner to
eliminate tangles, matting and static electricity. This conditioner
helps repair damaged coats. Finally, we apply Ultra Vitalizing
Mist, a leave-on instant conditioner that provides a protective
moisture and protein treatment and ads shine to the coat. For
problem skin and coats, we offer the appropriate shampoo and
conditioning formulas. (See our A-la-carte services).

Drying: We first hand-dry your pet with
cool, compressed air to force out water and remaining dead hair
from the coat. To thoroughly dry and fluff the coat, we offer
room-temperature, in-cage drying with surround air flow in order
to make your pet as comfortable as possible. We NEVER use high-temperature
air that might burn or hurt your baby. |

SPA BATH WITH PROFESSIONAL CUT
(Complete Groom) A complete Groom includes all the services listed
under Spa Bath & Treatment plus hand scissoring and/or clipping
per breed-specific standards and/or to owner’s specifications, including
the trimming of pasterns, hocks, tail, and furnishing.
HAND STRIPPING
This breed specific service is provided by experienced, trained
groomers.
FELINE GROOMING
We maintain a separate salon area for our feline friends. Our specially
trained groomers have experience with all breeds and are happy to
consult with you prior to and after the salon session. A complete
Groom includes all the services listed under Spa Bath & Treatment
plus hand scissoring or shaving per breed-specific standards and/or
to owner’s specifications. Feline Sanitary Shaving by request.
How often should my pet be groomed?
For short-haired dogs, we suggest a minimum of four
spa baths each year, or one for each season. Dogs and cats with
long-hair or high-maintenance coats need attention every four-to-six
weeks, particularly if they do not receive maintenance combing and
brushing at home. Regular spa bath and treatments will reduce the
amount of shedding and allergens in your home, as well as keeping
your pet free from long comb-out sessions of matted or tangled hair.
