Our
salon approach is designed to make your pet as comfortable and
relaxed as possible, including multiple water-break times and
outside walks in between the bath, drying, grooming, and final
brushing. Thus, your pet enjoys a full-day salon experience
with no stress, arriving in the early morning, ready for your
arrival at the end of the day.

This is
not a confirmed reservation until OTPR staff replies with a
confirmation phone call or email. All requests are subject to
availability.
We require up-to-date vaccination records, please either
bring with you upon check-in or contact your vet to fax to us
your pet's vaccination report. Thank you.
Cancellation Policy
Boarding
We accept reservations in advance with a one-night deposit required
at the time of booking. Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations
are made no later than 5 days prior to arrival. During the holidays
or peak seasons we require a two-night deposit with full refund
if cancellations are made no later than 10 days prior to arrival.
Day
Service & Salon Treatments
We require a 24-hour notification for cancellation of Day Service
and Salon Treatments or client will be responsible for a 50%
cancellation fee.
